If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or struggling with anxiety, trauma, or life transitions, you don’t have to face it alone. I work with adults from all backgrounds, with a strong focus on supporting veterans, service members, and their families. I started this practice from my own lived experience navigating trauma and the demands of military life—including serving in the Marine Corps, leading others, and balancing roles as a mom, active-duty spouse, and parent of a child with special needs (EFM). Becoming a counselor helped me develop healthy coping skills and a deep understanding of empirically supported approaches, allowing me to find greater balance and wholeness while building a unique skill set through both education and real-world experience. As a retired Marine officer, prior enlisted service member, veteran spouse, and disabled veteran, I understand the unique challenges of service and reintegration. I am EMDR-trained and use evidence-based, holistic approaches to help you process experiences, build resilience, and move forward with clarity. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where we work collaboratively to create meaningful, lasting change.
