Hi, I’m Mary. I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, and I’ve spent more than 15 years working with individuals, children, and families who are navigating difficult seasons of life. I’ve always believed that sometimes we simply need a safe place to talk—to be heard, understood, and supported without feeling judged. That belief is a big part of why I became a social worker and why I continue to love what I do. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with people from many different backgrounds and in a variety of settings. My experience has included supporting children and families through school and family challenges, helping people connect with resources during difficult times, providing individual and family counseling, and walking alongside clients as they work through personal and emotional challenges. My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth. I don’t believe you have to have everything figured out before you reach out for help. Therapy is a place where you can come exactly as you are, talk openly about what’s going on, and work together toward feeling better and moving forward. Whether you’re dealing with stress, family or relationship challenges, a major life change, or simply feel like you’re stuck and aren’t sure what to do next, I’m here to help. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself and where we can work together to find what works best for you. Taking the first step toward therapy can be difficult, but you don’t have to figure everything out on your own. I’d be honored to walk alongside you
