I am a dedicated therapist who connects deeply with adult clients, including both men and women, as well as couples. I specialize in addressing depression, anxiety, and grief, helping clients navigate through their emotional struggles. My passion lies in guiding clients to their "Aha" moments—those times when they challenge their thoughts, recognize their patterns, and begin to see their own strength. I have a background in child welfare, school social work, and medical care management. I believe in empowering clients by helping them identify and break free from people-pleasing behaviors, teaching them effective communication, and helping them understand that confronting issues doesn't have to be feared. I am AFCC informed. My therapeutic style is both calming and direct. I provide a non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to discuss their most difficult emotions. My approach includes humor and laughter, recognizing the human element in therapy, while also challenging negative self-perceptions in a kind and constructive way. Outside of therapy, I enjoy reading fantasy books, traveling, and immersing myself in different cultures. Though I may initially seem introverted, I embraces silliness and encourage others to be themselves.
