Introduction

Navigating challenging relationships can sometimes feel like you are wandering through a maze with no clear path. Whether you are dealing with change, transitions, or unconventional relationship dynamics, it is easy to feel lost or overwhelmed. If you are struggling to connect with your partner or other loved ones, or if you are finding it hard to break out of painful patterns, I understand how tough it can be. You want to find the right words to express your needs and emotions so that those you care about truly understand you. You long for a sense of being seen, heard and understood. You long to feel safe and secure in your relationships. I am here to help. With my training in family therapy and advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method, I work with individuals, couples, and families to foster better communication and emotional understanding. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions to fit your needs and schedule. My goal is to guide you back to a place of connection and fulfillment in your relationships. Outside of my practice, I love spending time with my husband of 25 years, our two teenage sons, and our two energetic dogs. When I am not working, you can find me hiking, skiing, or curled up watching a movie. Growing up on a farm, I have developed a passion for gardening—especially growing veggies in my Denver backyard. I find joy in digging in the dirt and watching things grow, much like the therapeutic journey. Though growth can be slow, it is always worth the effort.
