My goal as a therapist is to work collaboratively with clients to create meaningful change. I believe that complex intersections of identity shape our lived experiences, and I strive to create a therapeutic experience wherein clients feel seen, heard, and respected as unique individuals. I have experience working with adults of all ages experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, adjustment disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, grief, and low self-esteem. I draw from a variety of approaches in order to meet the specific needs of each client. Some of these include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, interpersonal, humanistic, and existential approaches. Finding the right fit is an essential part of the therapeutic process. If my approach resonates with you, I encourage you to reach out via email or phone call.
