Introduction

I bring over 15 years of clinical experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Master of Social Work (MSW) to my practice, with specialized training in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and child and youth services. I work with individuals across the lifespan—from toddlers through elders—as well as couples, families, and groups. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, family conflict, or life transitions, I'm here to help you understand what's happening and find your way forward with compassion and guidance. I draw from diverse therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused work, family therapy, and art therapy, tailoring each session to your unique needs. I believe that self-awareness, empathy, and a sense of purpose are essential to overcoming obstacles and living meaningfully. I accept most major insurance plans and offer both in-person and telehealth appointments. I'm currently accepting new clients and would be honored to support you on your journey. You are not alone.
