Hi, I'm Mary. I specialize in helping children ages 0-12 navigate anxiety, medical experiences, grief and loss, emotional regulation challenges, neurodivergence, and life transitions. My approach is playful, relationship-based, and tailored to each child's unique needs. I integrate evidence-based approaches including Child-Centered Play Therapy, Theraplay®, EMDR, and parent support to help children build resilience and confidence. I believe healing happens through connection, and I work closely with caregivers to support meaningful growth both in and outside the therapy room.
