Therapy can feel a bit like having a guide—someone who knows what to look for and can help you notice what has been hidden or out of reach. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you see more clearly and move forward at a pace that feels safe and steady. What you can expect working with me - A warm, grounded, nonjudgmental environment - Clear goals and a thoughtful plan - An integrative approach that considers mind, body, and spirit - Faith integration available at your request—never assumed, always client-led A space designed to feel safe and comfortable My office in Franklin is intentionally warm and welcoming, more like sitting in a living room than a clinical setting. Many clients tell me they feel at ease the moment they walk in. Creating a calm, private space where you can slow down, feel heard, and speak openly is an important part of the therapeutic process. I’m joining you your journey working towards your goals I value bringing research-informed, ethical care into every session.. Clients often tell me they appreciate the balance of professionalism and ease in our work together—something I value deeply in the therapy space. I offer in-person sessions in Franklin and telehealth for clients across Tennessee. On a personal note, I’ve been married for 30 years, have a daughter in college and two German Shepherds. I love SEC football, and enjoy time with family and friends.
