Introduction

My passion is helping people—teenagers, young adults, adults, and elders—discover their inner strengths and use them to move forward through anxiety, depression, and trauma. I draw on a diverse toolkit of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-focused CBT, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing, adapting my work to fit each person's unique story and needs. With a background in individual and family development from Purdue University and a master's degree in clinical counseling from Columbia International University, I've supported clients across many contexts—from school-based mental health to military families. I'm currently accepting new clients for individual counseling via telehealth and accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina insurance. I'm here to help you find your footing.
