I've spent over 25 years supporting young adults through some of life's most challenging moments primarily in college mental health settings at UC Berkeley and Stanford, and now in my private practice. I believe therapy works best when it's grounded in genuine connection and cultural humility. My approach is relational and interpersonal; I'm here to help you gain insight into what you're experiencing, understand the roots of your struggles, and develop concrete skills to move forward. I work with a wide range of concerns—from anxiety and depression to relationship dynamics and life transitions like grief, parenting challenges, women's health, and workplace stress. I draw on emotionally focused, feminist, and psychodynamic perspectives, tailoring my work to honor your unique identity and context with care and compassion. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and am currently accepting new clients. I welcome the opportunity to work with you.
