Hi, I’m Mary, and I support people navigating the tender middle, when the old way of surviving no longer fits, but the next way of living has not fully arrived. I specialize in complex trauma and complicated grief, and I am dedicated to creating a nonjudgmental space where you can feel deeply supported without having everything figured out first. Using somatic therapy, EMDR, Brainspotting, and parts work, we work beneath the surface, tend to the exhausted parts of you, and help rebuild a safer connection with your body.
