I began my journey into therapy because I wanted to create a safe, supportive space where people feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. You already hold strength within you, even if it doesn’t always feel that way. Anxiety, self-doubt, or uncertainty do not define you. In our work together, we’ll focus on building self-worth and clarity in ways that feel authentic to you. I especially enjoy supporting individuals in transition periods, whether before college, after college, or during times of feeling lost and searching for direction. I also have a strong passion for working with children, helping them build confidence, develop emotional awareness, and practice healthy coping skills. In sessions, I use approaches such as Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to guide clients toward meaningful change and resilience. My goal is to walk alongside you as you discover your strengths, build confidence, and create a path forward.
