Introduction

Finding the right therapist matters. The relationship between therapist and client is one of the most important factors in successful therapy, and I believe that feeling understood, respected, and comfortable is the foundation for meaningful growth. I specialize in working with Autistic and ADHD children, teens and adults. I bring both professional expertise and personal insight into Autism and ADHD. This combination allows me to deeply appreciate the strengths, challenges, and unique experiences that neurodivergent individuals and their families navigate every day. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, meaning I view Autism and ADHD as natural variations of human experience rather than problems to be fixed. Therapy focuses on understanding each person's unique needs, building on strengths, and developing practical tools that support well-being, confidence, and self-advocacy. I offer a warm, playful, and creative counseling style tailored to each client's developmental level, interests, and goals. Sessions may incorporate games, art, movement and sensory activities. Areas of focus include: -Emotional regulation and coping skills -Sensory processing and sensory integration strategies -Anxiety, stress, and overwhelm -Social-emotional development -Executive functioning and organization -Self-esteem and identity development -Family support and collaboration -School-related challenges and transitions Whether your child is struggling with big emotions, sensory differences, social challenges, or simply needs a supportive space to better understand themselves, therapy can provide tools and strategies that fit their unique way of experiencing the world. If you're looking for a therapist who truly values authentic connection and provides compassionate, individualized support, I would be honored to connect with you. Together, we can determine whether we are a good fit and create a path forward that supports your growth, confidence, and success.
