I enjoy working with clients to move from a place of fear, shame, and self-loathing into a life that feels aligned with their values and full of joy, creativity, and self-confidence. I have a passion for working with eating disorders and body dysmorphia. I also enjoy working with adult clients on issues including depression, anxiety, relationship and family issues, and trauma. I approach the therapy session as a meeting between two experts – you as the leading expert of your life, with my role being to provide education, understanding, and connection to make sense of your history and regulate your reality. The heart of our work is in the relationship we build as we explore your complex inner system to gain insight and peace. Sometimes the first step is the hardest to take.
