Introduction

Hello. My name is Mary Sowah-Quaye. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing care to clients struggling with life transitions, interpersonal challenges, depression, anxiety, bipolar family, and relationship issues. I work with clients in late adolescence through adulthood. I utilize CBT, behavioral activation, motivational interviewing, solution-focused brief, and strength-based approach to help clients that are seeking the key to unlocking their best selves. I provide a non-judgmental environment where you can find it easy to communicate your concerns, feelings and fears.
