Introduction

Many experience anxiety, complex PTSD, attachment wounds, chronic stress, chronic pain, somatic symptoms, and executive functioning struggles. Together we explore how emotional experience, nervous system patterns, and life history intersect — and I tailor interventions to your unique needs and goals. My therapeutic style is strength-based, paced with sensitivity, grounded in presence, attunement, and curiosity. I am trained in EMDR, somatic therapy, DBT skills, CBT, clinical hypnosis, and heart-mind coherence, alongside gentle mindfulness and movement-based work all aimed at fostering awareness, resilience, and embodied change. I offer integrative psychotherapy designed to support healing, self-regulation, and nervous system balance for individuals navigating stress, trauma, anxiety, and life’s complex challenges. I blend evidence-informed methods with somatic, experiential, and mindfulness-informed practices to meet you where you are and help you build lasting internal resources. I believe therapy is most transformative when it supports both insight and real-life coping. My focus is on equipping you with practical tools for emotional regulation, nervous system balance, and improved relational functioning, while honoring your lived experience and personal pace. I look forward to hearing from you and starting this journey together
