I work with adults and older teens who are capable and successful yet find themselves caught in anxiety, overthinking, people-pleasing, or patterns that aren't serving them. Whether you're navigating divorce, relationship challenges, life transitions, or difficult past experiences, therapy can help you understand what's driving these cycles and respond to life with greater confidence. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), depth-oriented work, and nervous system regulation techniques to address both mind and body. I'm EMDR-trained, which means we can process past experiences in ways that create felt change, not just intellectual insight. You don't need to be in crisis to start—sometimes you're simply tired of carrying so much internally. I bring warmth, honesty, and humor to our work. I see individuals and families, offer both telehealth and in-person sessions, accept Aetna, Cigna Healthcare, and Blue Cross Blue Shield, and I'm currently accepting new clients. If you're ready to understand yourself differently and make meaningful changes, I'd welcome the opportunity to work together.
