Welcome — I’m Mary! I’m a licensed professional counselor who creates a safe space for those carrying quiet complexity — individuals who’ve held it together for years while feeling unseen, unheard, or out of place. You may be navigating intergenerational trauma, cultural grief, chronic stress, or the invisible weight of expectations. In this space, you don’t have to explain everything. You can simply be. Many of the people I work with are BIPOC and multicultural adults, first- or second-generation individuals, or those exploring identity and belonging in the aftermath of loss or trauma. My approach is holistic and trauma-informed, grounded in both clinical training and lived experience. I draw from EMDR, Brainspotting, somatic therapy, and neuro-informed care to help you reconnect with your body, rebuild a sense of safety, and move toward the life you envision — with compassion and intention. Healing isn’t about forgetting the past — it’s about reclaiming your story and expanding what’s possible.
