Introduction

https://www.kazicounseling.com/ I know that from the outside it can look like you have everything together but internally you may feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck or carrying a weight you can't fully explain. My work focuses on helping you understand the deeper patterns behind what you're feeling. Whether that's anxiety, past experiences, or grief that hasn't had the space to be processed. Therapy with me is not just about coping in the moment. It's about gaining insight, building awareness and creating meaningful lasting change so you can feel more grounded and connected in your life and relationships. I bring over ten years of experience working with anxiety, trauma and grief and life transitions. I use an integrative approach tailored to each person. Most importantly, I aim to create a space where you feel understood, supported and able to be fully yourself.
