I'm Dr. Maryam Nouhi, a board-certified psychiatrist and Co-Founder of Texas Horizon Psychiatry, PLLC. I believe that the foundation of exceptional psychiatric care is listening. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for adults experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, insomnia, and other mental health concerns. I am board-certified psychiatrist in both Allopathic and Osteopathic Psychiatry, I combine proven psychiatric treatments with a whole-person approach that recognizes the connection between mental and physical health. Whether you're seeking care for the first time or looking for a fresh approach, my goal is to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered.
