Marybeth Gaiani is a compassionate therapist who helps individuals, couples, and families navigate difficult seasons and create meaningful, lasting change. As a second-career clinician, she brings deep life experience, insight, and authenticity to her work. Marybeth specializes in relationship and attachment concerns, including infidelity and relationship trauma, compulsive sexual behaviors, sexual dysfunction, intimacy challenges, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, substance-use–affected families, and major life transitions. Her therapeutic style is collaborative, trauma-informed, and nonjudgmental. Marybeth integrates person-centered and existential principles with evidence-based approaches such as DBT, REBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, Family Systems, and neuroscience-informed care. Treatment is always individualized, with a focus on emotional safety, healing, and personal growth. Marybeth has completed Gottman Method Levels 1 & 2 and is pursuing certification in sex therapy, with additional training in gender and sexuality.
