Hi! I'm a Marriage and Family Therapy graduate student and therapist intern. What drew me to therapy was my curiosity about people, their experiences, and how those experiences shape who they are and the relationships they build. I've always enjoyed listening to people's stories, understanding different perspectives, and learning about what makes each person unique. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, families, teens, and children. I have a special interest in helping clients navigate relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, grief, family conflict, and life transitions. I know that everyone comes into therapy with their own story, and I believe it's important to take the time to understand yours. My approach is warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can be yourself, speak openly, and feel comfortable sharing whatever is on your mind. I believe therapy is about working together to understand your emotions, recognize patterns, build healthier relationships, and find ways to move forward. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and supported as you work toward becoming the person you want to be.
