Introduction

Anxiety Therapist for Burnout, Overthinking & Life Transitions You might look like you have it all together on the outside, but internally, you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. Maybe your thoughts don’t slow down, you’re constantly overanalyzing, or you’re emotionally exhausted from trying to keep up. I work with individuals who are ready to move beyond just “getting through it” and start understanding themselves on a deeper level. Therapy with me is supportive, but also direct and growth-focused. I’ll meet you where you are, and I’ll also challenge you to step outside of patterns that are keeping you stuck. My approach is rooted in unconditional positive regard — creating a space where you feel seen, respected, and understood without judgment. From there, we do the real work: exploring patterns, understanding how your past shows up in your present, and building tools that help you move forward. I incorporate practical strategies, including CBT and DBT techniques, so you’re not just processing — you’re progressing. Ideal Clients: Professionals navigating stress, burnout, and internal pressure, as well as individuals working through identity, relationships, and major life changes. If you’re ready to understand yourself better and create real change, let’s start there.
