I've spent the last four years immersed in mental health work, and I'm in the final stages of completing my master's degree as a Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) intern. I bring a trauma-informed lens to everything I do, meeting each person with genuine curiosity and respect for their own expertise about their life. Whether you're working through anxiety, depression, trauma, or family conflict, my role is to create a safe space where you can show up authentically and feel truly supported. I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups across all ages, from children and teenagers to adults. My approach draws on Attachment-based work, Narrative Therapy, and Trauma-Focused techniques, tailored to what works best for you. I believe you're the expert in your own story, and I'm here to walk alongside you. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and accept most major insurance plans. I'm currently accepting new clients and would be honored to support you on your journey. I am also currently offering the first four session with families and couples pro bono.
