Introduction

I work with men ages 20-50 as they navigate key life transitions (including graduation/entering adulthood, marriage/cohabitation and fatherhood). My work focuses on men’s romantic and sexual needs - helping men improve communication with their partners, navigate breakups, decrease pornography addiction/overuse, process sexual health and fertility concerns and adjust to life as a new dad. My ultimate goal is to help you decrease shame and increase self-confidence so that you can be the man you want to be in the world. If you are seeking a non-judgmental, private space to express these needs, please reach out today. Together we will identify your life goals and the challenges standing in their way. We will validate and normalize grief, self-doubt, interpersonal conflicts and sexual concerns. We will learn new interpersonal and emotion regulation skills and will practice identifying your emotions and expressing your needs to others. My greatest enjoyment is seeing clients learn they are capable and worthy of love. My hope is for you to have more control over your life. Outside of therapy, I enjoy weightlifting, running, watching old movies and anime and playing video games. Please go to my website to learn more about me and contact me if you think I could be a good fit!
