Introduction

Guiding You Toward Healing, Connection, and Growth Wayfinder is a growing group practice in Blue Ash. Our team of supportive clinicians is here to help you through life’s toughest moments. We believe no one should face life’s challenges alone. Whether you want clarity as an individual, are a couple hoping to reconnect, or a family going through transition, we are here to support you. Our Heart for the Journey We strive to create a space that is warm, inviting, and genuinely inclusive. Our approach is simple: we listen, we understand, we empathize... and then we guide. We meet you without judgment, exactly where you are today, and work together to understand where you want to go. Our goal is to nurture your empowerment, cultivate deep healing, and foster the strong connections that make life meaningful. Areas of Specialization While our team supports clients through a wide range of needs, we offer specialized expertise in several areas: Couples & Relationship Counseling: We help partners identify, interrupt, and heal cycles of conflict and disconnection. Whether you're healing from the past or just want to grow closer, we offer a quiet, steady environment where you can talk openly. We’re here to help you find your rhythm again and build a relationship that feels like home. ADHD & Neurodivergent Support: We offer a deep dive into the neurodivergent experience, helping individuals and families move beyond “labels” to understand the unique wiring of the ADHD brain. From evidence-based coping strategies to lifestyle shifts, we help you navigate life more effectively while honoring your authentic self. Mood & Anxiety Support: Life’s “heavy seas” can often feel like a constant hum of worry or the weight of a low mood. We help you quiet the noise of anxiety and find your footing when depression makes the horizon feel distant. Together, we’ll develop the tools to regulate your emotions and reclaim a sense of calm and hope in your daily life. Trauma Recovery & Somatic Wellness: We recognize that the body often remembers what the mind tries to forget. Our trauma-informed approach goes beyond traditional talk therapy by incorporating somatic (body-based) awareness. We help you process past experiences and release the physical tension they leave behind, allowing you to feel truly safe and at home within yourself again. A Collaborative Path Forward As a group practice, we offer a diverse team of clinicians, including experienced licensed therapists and dedicated interns, ensuring you can find a provider who truly resonates with your story. We continually learn, grow, and share our collective expertise to deliver the most compassionate, research-backed care possible. If life feels like it’s becoming too much to carry, reach out to us today. Let’s find your way, together. We have multiple clinicians, including interns, who are available to schedule with you now.
