Introduction

I am a licensed clinical psychologist (MA and RI), and recognized expert in the treatment of anxiety and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) in individuals aged 5 to 35 years, with over 10 years of experience treating youth, adolescents, young adults, and their families. In addition to anxiety and OCD, I also provide consultation related to the treatment of behavioral sleep problems in youth and adolescents. I obtained my PhD in clinical psychology at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA, and received additional clinical training through the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). I completed my residency and postdoctoral fellowship at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University where I provided clinical care to patients at Bradley Hospital and Hasbro Children's Hospital. I have published over 30 peer-reviewed articles focused on the treatment of youth with anxiety, OCD, and behavioral sleep problems. I am currently on the editorial board of Cognitive and Behavioral Practice and the Journal of Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology. I was also formerly an Associate Editor at Cognitive and Behavioral Practice. I have received awards from the National Institutes of Health and the Society for a Science of Clinical Psychology. Currently, I am an Assistant Professor in the Doctoral Program in Clinical Psychology at William James College and Associate Director for the Center for Psychological Science. In these roles, I supervise, mentor, and teach doctoral students in clinical psychology. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, cycling, and spending time with my partner, son, dog, and two cats.
