Introduction

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with lived experience in trauma—as a retired police officer and US Army veteran, I understand firsthand the weight that anxiety, depression, and traumatic experiences can carry. I bring that understanding into every session without judgment. I work with young adults, adults, and elders using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. These techniques help you process difficult experiences and build practical coping skills. I offer telehealth sessions and accept most major insurance plans, including BlueCross BlueShield, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna, UMR, Magellan Health, and Meritain Health.
