Introduction

I work well with teens and adults who are struggling with managing their emotions, their relationships, and their abilities to handle stressful situations. I help people who need someone to listen to them and give them skills to overcome challenges brought up by unwanted thoughts and emotions. I am looking forward to working with clients who want to find a better way to handle conflicts so that they can work towards building meaning and stability in their lives. I can best help my clients by giving them direct insight into the behaviors that impact their life, and help them find the tools to create the best version of themselves. My focus is in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I use it to help my clients find ways to manage unwanted emotions, handle distress, and navigate interpersonal conflict. If any of this sounds like it could be helpful in resolving internal or external battles, please reach out to schedule a free 15 minute consultation to see if we are a good fit. I'd be honored to help you along in your journey.
