My approach to therapy is warm, curious, and relational. I believe everyone carries an intuitive sense of what they need, but sometimes we all need space and permission to explore it. I work with individuals and couples facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia and other forms of neurodivergence. Whether you’re feeling weighed down by daily stress or looking for new ways to connect with yourself and the people who matter most, I offer a supportive space to help you move forward. My style blends evidence-based tools with a focus on connection and growth. I have advanced training in couples therapy and ADHD treatment. I work with individuals and couples to improve communication, ease stress, and build more balanced and fulfilling relationships. Many of the clients I work with are initially unsure about working with a male therapist, especially if they’ve had difficult or harmful experiences with men. As a cis-male therapist, I aim to create a space where we can safely explore the impact of gender, power, and patriarchal systems on mental health. Whether you’re working through past experiences, navigating relationships, or making sense of your own identity, I offer a non-judgmental partnership focused on growth, accountability, and repair. I believe healing happens in safe, supportive relationships. In therapy, you’ll have space to feel understood, connected, and empowered to grow. If you’re curious about working together, reach out to schedule a call. Sliding scale options are available.
