Hi there! I'm a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in working with high-performing, self-critical, and perfectionistic adults who struggle with relationship issues, self-esteem, burnout, and family conflict. I also specialize in mindfulness, self-compassion, and imposter syndrome/burnout recovery. My approach is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) through an intersectional feminist lens. What does this mean? I work with you to understand how your history of lived experiences and cultural background have shaped a blueprint to how you have learned to navigate the world around you. We'll take a deep dive into your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and see what is still serving you and what is not. Together, we'll help you reconcile with the past, reconnect with your strengths, and redesign the life you want to live. My style as a therapist is best described as conversational and collaborative. I believe the most effective treatment happens when there is a sense of safety and consistency in a relationship with constant feedback. Therapy can be a challenging but rewarding process, and I hope to be a part of it with you.
