Hi, welcome in. My approach to therapy thrives when words are not enough. I draw on the natural wisdom of the body and mind to curate our process. It is my job to create a space that allows you to bring in what’s working and what needs improvement. In life, and our therapeutic relationship. As we progress, you will notice change as an organic byproduct of our work together. I focus on self-discovery, embodiment, and growing your capacity to withstand adversity. My specialty within clinical mental health is Somatics. This approach listens to the body’s messages and notices how they interweave with the cognitive stories of the mind. Somatic therapy opens pathways to understand and work through trauma in ways that talk therapy cannot reach. When talking about something becomes too much, we can work through it without words. My path started with guiding troubled teens and young adults through relationship and family work. I have also supported people of all ages experiencing disordered eating, mood, and anxiety issues with evidence-based practices. I am currently finishing my degree in Somatics, pursuing licensure, and under supervision.
