I combine Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 3 trained) with Accelerated Resolution Therapy (Master Certified) to address both: we map your patterns, teach proven skills, and use ART to reduce the intensity of trauma-linked images, sensations, and triggers. Clients describe the work as focused, respectful, and values-aligned. I’m culturally and faith-aware and will collaborate at a pace that fits you. Whether you’re healing from betrayal, stuck in the same arguments, or carrying unprocessed pain that spills into the relationship, we’ll work toward a calmer nervous system and a stronger partnership.
