Healing is a process of discovery—of searching and pursuing meaning even amid ambiguity, doubt and pain. If you're contemplating the roles you’ve played, the stories you’ve believed, or the paths you’ve followed, you're already engaging in the deeper work: aligning your life with what truly matters to you. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I collaborate with individuals, couples, and families in moving beyond symptom management toward courageous authenticity—a life shaped not by avoidance, expectation, or running from the past, but by values-based living. I integrate Existential, ACT, and Interpersonal Neurobiology frameworks to help you cultivate psychological flexibility: the capacity to stay present with difficulty, clarify your values, and take meaningful action. Together, we’ll explore how you construct meaning, relate to your inner world, and connect with others in ways that feel genuine and sustaining. I have a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University. Additionally, have lectured at Fresno Pacific University and California State University, Fresno as an adjunct instructor. If cultivating a new way of being resonates with you, I invite you to reach out for a consultation. I’d be honored to walk alongside you in this journey.
