Introduction

Are you struggling with an addiction you can’t seem to change? Addiction is not a character flaw or a willpower problem. It is your body doing what it learned to do to survive stress, pain, and whatever you have been carrying. I see teens and adults for individual, couples, family, and group therapy. I help people that are struggling to quit or cut back on drinking, drugs, smoking, vaping, gambling, pornography, gaming, and phone use. We address underlying symptoms of shame and guilt. We look at why you use, and I teach you real skills to handle cravings and urges. I pull from my clinical training and personal life experience. I combine Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention (MBRP), and Motivational Interviewing to deliver practical tools to transform your life. I offer cash-pay sessions for individuals wanting to stay discrete and off-record. I also provide substance use evaluations for DUI/OUI cases, RMV concerns, court, and probation. If you or someone you love is struggling with addiction, I can help. You do not have to figure this out by yourself. Call or email me today for a free consultation. You can also visit my website for more information, including free resources, worksheets, and guided meditations. Talk soon to you soon. Peace.
