Introduction

I work primarily with adults, men, fathers, adolescents, young adults, couples, and high-achieving individuals who are used to handling problems on their own. You may look like you have it all together while struggling with anger, anxiety, relationships, fatherhood, career pressure, grief, addiction, or a major life transition. Maybe you’re asking, “Is this really how my life is supposed to be?” Therapy is a place to get honest about what’s happening, understand what’s driving it, and identify what needs to change. I bring professional and lived experience and offer EMDR for deeper healing.
