Introduction

**I offer sliding scales for couples and clients seeking private-pay, in-person therapy** **If you prefer to use insurance, I can offer telehealth services via Vancouver Counseling Associates** I encourage my clients to move beyond the surface and get into the underlying emotions. I see myself as a guide and co-collaborator in your counseling experience. I am passionate about getting to the root of conflict and fostering authentic relationships with self and others. We will work together to identify and explore thought patterns and how they impact behavior and relational patterns. I provide a secure, non-judgmental space for you to re-encounter, explore, and accept these uncomfortable emotions, providing opportunities for healing the past in the present. My clinical experience in a variety of settings has allowed me to work with individuals, couples, and groups on a range of concerns, including working with abusive partners, attachment trauma, and individuals in and out of recovery. My clinical style is influenced by Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Gottman method couples therapy, Attachment Theory, EMDR, Mindfulness, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I aim to help all my clients find a new sense of meaning, purpose, and vibrancy as they work towards greater authenticity and wholeness. If you are ready to go beyond the surface and dig deeper into your healing, reach out. I would be honored to be a part of your journey. I am currently a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate, meaning I have a provisional license requiring supervision as I work toward full licensure. If you have any questions or concerns about my clinical work, please reach out to my supervisors listed below. telehealth: Kala Lyman, MS, LMHC, LPC, LH60503079. kl@vancouvercounselingassociates.com in-person: Noelle Savatta, PhD, PY61226378. dr.noellesavatta@gmail.com
