Introduction

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and dual certification in both psychiatry and primary care. My background also includes extensive experience in neurology, which gives me a unique perspective on how brain health, medical conditions, and mental health interact. I work with adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and stress-related challenges. My goal is to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care in a supportive and collaborative environment where you feel heard and involved in your treatment. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and medication management for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and stress-related challenges. My approach is collaborative and evidence-based, helping you better understand your symptoms and develop a treatment plan that supports long-term stability and improved well-being. Reaching out for help can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. If you’re looking for thoughtful, supportive psychiatric care and want to better understand what you’re experiencing, I encourage you to reach out and see if we might be a good fit.
