Matt Fowler is an Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner who graduated from Boise State for both his undergraduate and graduate degrees. He has served the Treasure Valley in various roles and healthcare settings for over 12 years and honed his skills in the Emergency Room and ICU settings at the local trauma hospital before transitioning to outpatient psychiatric medication management serving those with mental illness and co-occurring addiction issues for the last 5 years. As a provider, he prides himself in working collaboratively with clients to understand their unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans aimed at improving mental wellness and quality of life. Matt specializes in managing a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and ADHD. His approach integrates clinical expertise with a supportive, patient-centered focus to ensure clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their care journey. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time watching football, discovering new places, and traveling with his wife and two spoiled English Labradors.
