Introduction

Living with trauma or complex PTSD can feel overwhelming—flashbacks, anxiety, shame, or the sense that you’re always “on guard.” You may notice cycles of burnout, perfectionism, or disconnection that keep you stuck. Healing is possible, even when trauma feels woven into every part of your life. I specialize in complex PTSD, trauma recovery, and EMDR therapy. In addition to trauma, I also support clients with intimacy and sexual concerns that often arise as part of the healing journey—such as shame, performance struggles, or patterns that interfere with closeness. My practice is affirming of LGBTQ+, polyamorous, and kink communities, and I hold space for those navigating religious or cultural shame. Whether you’re seeking relief from trauma symptoms, wanting to rebuild a sense of safety, or exploring intimacy after trauma, our work will focus on compassion, stability, and lasting change.
