Introduction

If you have been struggling with anxiety, feeling overwhelmed by past experiences, or stuck in patterns that do not seem to change, counseling can help you regain clarity and direction. I work with adolescents ages twelve and older as well as adults who want practical tools for managing stress, trauma, depression, substance use recovery, and life transitions. My approach is calm, structured, and focused on meaningful progress rather than just talking about problems. I am trained in EMDR for trauma processing and also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and skills based approaches to help you build confidence and emotional stability outside of sessions. For clients who desire it, Christian faith integration is available as an optional component of treatment and is always guided by your comfort level and personal beliefs. All sessions are provided through secure telehealth across North Carolina, allowing you to receive support from the privacy and convenience of your own space. If you would like to take the first step or simply ask a few questions, you are welcome to reach out.
