Introduction

Hello! I recognize that mental health concerns are influenced by a combination of biological, psychological, and social factors. Therefore, I utilize a holistic approach to help individuals grappling with various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. My interests extend across various populations and ages. Drawing from my training and education, I incorporate evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and EMDR. I am also certified in IASIS Microcurrent Neurofeedback. These therapeutic methods allow me to address each client's unique needs and strengths. During therapy sessions with me, you can expect a compassionate and nonjudgmental atmosphere where your concerns are heard and validated. I am passionate about empowering my clients to make lasting positive changes and enhance their overall well-being. Remember, you don't have to face this alone. ⸻ Insurance I accept most major insurances for counseling and EMDR. IASIS MCN is a separate service—pricing is listed below. ⸻ IASIS Microcurrent Neurofeedback As an IASIS Certified Provider (ICP), I use Microcurrent Neurofeedback to support the brain’s ability to reset and regulate itself. MCN is gentle, non-invasive, and improves how the nervous system manages stress, reactivity, and emotional overload. Many clients report benefits such as: • Reduced anxiety and irritability • Improved sleep quality • Greater emotional balance • Sharper thinking and focus • Relief from concussion-related issues • Decreased stress reactivity IASIS MCN is commonly used for trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, irritability, cognitive fog, and dysregulated nervous system responses. ⸻ IASIS MCN Treatment Plans • NeuroFoundation – 12 sessions – $1,500 ($125/session) • NeuroRegulation – 15 sessions – $1,725 ($115/session) • NeuroStabilization – 20 sessions – $2,100 ($105/session) Family bundle pricing available upon request. ⸻ NeuroMaintenance After completing a treatment plan, clients may continue with individual NeuroMaintenance sessions as needed. As a courtesy, your NeuroMaintenance rate will match the individual session rate from your selected treatment plan and will remain locked in unless standard pricing changes in the future. Evergreen Clinical Mental Health Counseling reserves the right to update pricing, which may affect future NeuroMaintenance rates. ⸻ IASIS Payment Options • Pay in full at the start of treatment • Three monthly installment payments ⸻ IASIS Discounts • Veterans, Military, First Responders, and Clergy – 20% discount • Seniors (65+) – 10% discount ⸻ https://microcurrentneurofeedback.com
