My Professional Background I earned my Bachelor of Arts from Texas A&M University and am on course to graduate with a dual Master of Theology and Master of Arts in Counseling degree from Dallas Theological Seminary, set to graduate in the summer of 2027. I am an active student member of the American Counseling Association (ACA) with clinical experience working with adolescents and children in outpatient clinic settings, as well as adults in private practice. Upon graduation, I will pursue licensure within the state of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). My Approach to Therapy My goal is to sit with people and walk alongside them in a spirit of collaboration, in order to dissect what has gone wrong and piece together a framework that will foster true flourishing. I practice primarily Narrative Therapy, where we seek to uncover the framework you are living in, and see how we can work together to come up with healthier or more productive stories. My goal is to facilitate this process, and help with the life changes that naturally accompany this reframing. When I’m Not Counseling I have a deep passion for reading, either in fiction, history, or theology. I also love the outdoors, specifically fly fishing (which I can talk about for hours). I also stay active with working out or doing jiu jitsu. When not engaged in all of that, you can usually find me serving as a deacon with my church, or spending time with friends or family around Fort Worth.
