Introduction

It is no light matter deciding to seek therapy. To squarely look with someone at what is painful. To find hope and perspective, and to grow through this. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with people in a variety of settings, including academic medical hospitals, the VA, college counseling, and a community mental health center on an American Indian Reservation. I have extensive experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, chronic pain, PTSD, and life transitions. No matter what brings you to therapy, my goal is to provide a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered. My training includes an APA-accredited internship at the New Mexico VA and University of New Mexico Hospital where I received specialized training in PTSD and chronic pain. Through a yearlong fellowship at the Medical College of Wisconsin I gained further experience working with individuals facing ongoing health challenges. I believe therapy should be a collaborative and supportive experience tailored to your unique needs. Whether you’re facing a difficult life transition, struggling with ongoing stress, or looking to improve your overall well-being, I’m here to help.
