Although I do not have the staff to process insurance claims, I am happy to provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance provider. I am also happy to be a referral resource if you need help finding a therapist that takes your insurance and/or that is priced within your budget. My desire is to ensure all clients who are seeking counseling are able to receive mental health support within their financial means. THE SPACE: In my twenties, I spent a significant amount of time in the theatre. I loved being a performer, but some of my favorite moments were shared in an offstage space called The Green Room. The Green Room became a second living space for the cast and crew and was a place where everyone could just show up as their authentic selves. I love the metaphor of the green room for my therapeutic practice. If "all the world is a stage", the green room is the space where we can release our many characters in life and connect with our true selves.
