I’m Matt Simmons, LCSW, LAC — a licensed clinical social worker and addiction counselor with nearly two decades of experience helping adults navigate ADHD, anxiety, addiction, and attachment challenges. I’m the founder of Tuning Fork Solutions in Boulder, CO, where I specialize in working with high-performing men, neurodivergent adults, and professionals who feel out of sync with themselves and the life they want to be living.
