Welcome. As Bloom’s Chief Clinical Facilitator and a full-time practicing therapist, I look forward to walking alongside you on your path toward healing and growth. For me, the work of therapy is deeply meaningful. I greatly admire the difficult work my clients do and find my greatest fulfillment in seeing personal progress of all kinds. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe and supported, allowing you to be part of your own story as you heal and grow. My therapeutic approach is built on a foundation of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and I integrate key aspects of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Client-Centered Therapy, and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) to tailor treatment specifically to your needs. I also have specialized expertise and training in treating Selective Mutism and various other anxiety disorders. Having been a part of the Lakeshore and Grand Rapids communities for over 40 years, I am committed to supporting mental wellness in West Michigan. I have experience across many different clinical settings, including psychiatric hospitals and outpatient clinics, and have been a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Michigan since 2013. My academic background includes a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology and extensive clinical training at Advocate Illinois Masonic Behavioral Health in Chicago.
