I believe the strongest therapeutic relationships balance compassion with honest feedback. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood while also helping you recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Sometimes that means listening and holding space; other times, it means asking thoughtful questions or gently challenging beliefs that no longer serve you. I work with individuals and couples across the lifespan—from young adults through elders—drawing on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, and family/marital therapy. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflict, eating disorders, or life transitions, I'm here to help you build on your strengths and develop practical skills for meaningful change. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions, accept most major insurance plans, and am currently accepting new clients.
