Introduction

At InnerSpark Career & Wellness Counseling PLLC, I help individuals navigate life transitions, anxiety, and career uncertainty with clarity and confidence. With a background in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling, I specialize in helping individuals navigate career transitions, burnout, workplace stress, and uncertainty about their professional direction. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your career, or struggling with anxiety or depression, therapy can help you reconnect with your strengths and move forward with purpose. Beginning April 1, 2026, I will be offering in-person appointments at my office in Tariffville, CT, as well as telehealth sessions for clients throughout Connecticut. A Supportive Space to Move Forward Life doesn’t always follow a clear path. Many people seek counseling when they are experiencing: Anxiety or chronic stress Career confusion or burnout Major life transitions Depression or loss of motivation Challenges related to ADHD or neurodiversity Difficulty coping with work or school demands Together, we work to understand what is getting in the way and develop practical strategies to help you move forward with confidence. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on helping you identify your strengths while building tools to support lasting change. With over 13 years of experience in clinical and career counseling, I bring a unique perspective that integrates mental health counseling with career development. Before opening InnerSpark, I worked as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, helping individuals overcome personal and professional barriers to build meaningful and sustainable careers. This background allows me to support clients not only with emotional challenges such as anxiety or depression, but also with questions about career direction, workplace stress, and life transitions. Therapy is a collaborative process, and my goal is to create a space where you feel supported while working toward meaningful change.
