Introduction

I provide a compassionate, safe space where you can process trauma, explore emotional wounds, and embrace renewed hope. My clinical focus includes challenges such as anxiety, sadness, stress, emotional exhaustion, and abuse—particularly narcissistic, emotional, and spiritual abuse. I utilize an eclectic counseling approach, integrating evidence-based modalities including CBT, person-centered therapy, DBT, attachment theory, and gestalt therapy to meet each client’s unique needs. For those who desire it, I also offer faith-integrated counseling that incorporates Christian beliefs into the therapeutic process.
